CFA Descartes is an apprentice training center within the University of Paris-East Marne-la-Vallée. There are 1600 apprentices and more than 1000 partner companies.

The “Compagnons du devoir et du Tour de France” association offers a free school day release training from the C.A.P. (French NVQ) to the bachelor’s degree for the following professions: building, manufacturing and metalworking, flexible materials, finishing works, cooking, “living” works (vine-growing, gardening…).
The Compagnons du devoir training is first based on learning a craft by switching theorical lessons and work experiences.
Éav&t, was created in 1998 by the french Ministry of Culture. It is a national school of architecture founded to advance the quality of town planning, architectural innovation and design. The degree is earned through several possible paths of study, depending on the major chosen by the students.
The National School of Geographic Sciences (ENSG) was originally founded in 1941 to train technical personnel for the National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information (IGN, a public administration is currently under the joint tutelage of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea and the Ministry of Agriculture, Agroindustry and Forests) and other national mapping agencies around the world. The school has since been largely opened to the public to train professionals in all the economic sectors. Over 5 000 students have already been trained at the ENSG as engineers, technicians and managers from more than 80 countries.
The ENSG offers 12 courses of study leading to degrees in Geomatics beginning from the advanced technician’s degree (BTS), to undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate diplomas (BSc, MSc, MEng) and the Specialized Masters (SM) in professional fields such as environment, territorial management, transportation, energy, defense, risk prevention and more generally, all the fields based on information technologies.
École des Ponts ParisTech, created in 1747 under the name École Royale des Ponts et Chaussées, is a higher education establishment that trains engineers to a high level of scientific, technical and general competency.
These different degree courses prepare them to occupy posts of high responsibility within both government departments and companies, in particular in the fields of civil engineering, construction, spatial planning, transportation, energy, water and urban services.
ESIEE Paris ESIEE Paris, the school of technological innovation of the Paris Ile de France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, offers engineering degree courses (recognised by the commission des titres d’ingénieur – CTI) in different fields. In addition to proven technical skills, the engineers also acquire a well-founded sense of management.
ESO Paris Suposteo (Higher School of Osteopathy) was created in April 1990 by its current President & Director Roger Caporossi, osteopath. This institute offers to study osteopathic techniques and practices related to this discipline. The mission of the ESO is to form exclusive practitioners, managers according to the recommendations of the International Society of Osteopathy and the World health prevention and health preservation Organization.
L’Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (UPEM) was created in 1991 and is an institution of higher education and research which grants academic degrees in various subjects (more than 220 training opportunities). Moreover, there are 12 entities within the University, which each form an administrative faculty or institution. They are: Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, Economy, Technology, Urbanism, Engineering.
